An assessment of the individual workstations as well as the working posture of each member of staff, from the clerical staff to the ambassador, was performed.
From these assessments, advice on the alteration of variables such as height of the monitor, chair, or table and distances of the monitor and keyboard from the user was given, as well as advice on what each member of staff could do themselves in order to improve their working posture.
Furthermore, advice was given on purchase of items which could alleviate strain for the staff member, such as a wrist support or lumbar support.
